Individualized Pilates Practice
At Life Pilates Vancouver you will experience a traditional and hands on approach to the practice of Pilates. Taught through the lens of biomechanics and healthy movement patterns we strive to go beyond a regime of exercises and fitness fads. Using Pilates as our tool box we work to educate each client on their bodys particular strengths and challenges. We focus on creating a somatic understanding that helps build mobility, healthy rhythm in the joints, full body movement and connection in addition to building strength and enjoying a workout.
